You’re working with Mark, who leads the work, and Claire, his wife, who keeps much of the planning and organisation moving behind the scenes.
It keeps the job closer to the people responsible for it from the first conversation through to the final result.

Mark is usually the first point of contact and stays closely involved as the job moves forward, helping shape the approach early on and keeping a close eye on the standard of the work throughout.
